I have been working on some Christmas ideas and I found some fun templates on Etsy and the proceeds go to Operation Smile.

Have fun! Suppose to be making cookies tomorrow!!
Scrapbook Quiz

What Scrapbooking item are you?
I was Stickers
You like brightening things up in life and decorating your living space with your own personal style. You are versatile and able to get things done with a stick-to-it attitude. People love your colorful personality and personal flair! You like exploring new things and are willing to try anything once. But Stickers beware – sometimes you like to stick to someone that you like a little too much and take them into your confidence a little too easily. Your personality tends to make you a steadfast friend, but make sure the friends you choose are worth your efforts!
Now it is your turn!
Gift Wrapping
Do you spend a lot of time wrapping and making your gift so pretty? Is your gift the first one picked at a gift exchange? Or is it the poor sorry looking one that even you have disowned it?
And everyone is much more excited about an actual wrapped gift then one shoved into a giftbag?
I was out and found some neat ideas from Country Living magazine, I always hand made my name tags, some times not by choice,

A simple approach to tags, such as these white- and brown paper examples, can be found at flea markets as well as office-supply stores. The designs have changed little over the years, so even new purchases will have a vintage feel.
Feeling creative? Plain paper goods become novel name tags with the help of a hole puncher. The brown-and-white coasters shown here are a case in point. Other ideas include bookplates, place cards, vintage postcards, and the self-adhesive labels for jelly jars.
Personalize tags with rubber stamps, holiday stickers, and other items available in stationery and craft stores. Secure them to the boxes using a length of vintage ribbon, bakery string, or jewel-toned embroidery thread.

And when it is time to wrap the gift, how about using some fun rag ribbon? Ribbon torn from cloth for the the bow. That would look so shappy and vintage!
Try wrapping your gifts in plain white paper and use fun embellishments or rubber stamps to add color.
The ribbon with the pompons hanging off , fun ric rack, velvet ribbon!
Also you could always use a mini ball ornament as a tie on.
Wow I better go wrap some gifts.
Go ahead and share some more ideas!
The school Christmas program
My son had his Christmas program tonight, it was k-3. The days are just spinning by before we know it we will be opening all those fun gifts under the tree! My favorite part is watching the kids open theirs and the special gifts that you got someone.
I have a gift for you, I made a little mini Christmas kit using Basic Grey papers Wassill line and some Maya Road and Stickles for only 5.99!

Now speaking of kits and such, Basic Grey is going to have a kit you read about it here do you think you would want to commit to that? Let me know! I have to tell them by the 15th.
This is a pic of the first LO

I think it is pretty! Well think about it and let me know, the total cost would be 19.99 that includes the sh.
Themed Christmas Trees
Does your Christmas tree have a theme? My MIL has several trees in her house and each one has a theme, there is the Raggedy Ann and Andy tree, M&M tree, etc. We have always just had a downhome decorated tree, other than that ugly white fiber optic tree I tried to make look like a snowman.
Here are some fun themes:
Train, car, tractors
Snow, Angel, Santas
Rustic, cabins
food, candy
sparkle, sports
Beach
Now how about this one?
FAMILY PHOTOS
Find miniature picture frames and shrink family photos on a copier. Or buy flat rounds of wood and decoupage photos onto the front and back. Tie with ribbons and hang around the tree. Buy some round balls that are clear and can be opened. Roll up a picture, put the top back on, and the photo will show through. Fill in with plain round balls so you don’t distract from the main focus. Unroll some 35mm film for a garland.
Have fun!
Maya Road Contest
